Our HR services are headed by Lisa Phillips with more than 15 years experience in national Human Resource roles within the logistics and resources sector. Lisa has held senior HRM roles at Asciano, where she was responsible for a direct workforce of 3,600 across 33 sites nationally. Most recently she held the position of National HR & Training Manager for the Stevedoring, Ports and Rail Divisions, where she was responsible for driving the HR strategy with a particular focus on recruitment, performance and talent management, leadership development and training, as well as diversity, remuneration, benefits and organisational development.
Lisa's extensive career also includes time as the National Employee Relations Advisor for the Mining, Oil & Gas industry when employed by the resource sector Employer Association - Australian Mines and Metals Association and as the National Employee Relations Manager and National OHS Coordinator for Stevedoring within Patrick Corporation.
Prior to this, Lisa spent 15 years working in facilitation roles within the recruitment, IT, manufacturing, banking and finance sectors.
